Sequence Dancing with Paul and Suzy at Redcliffe Bay Hall, Newhaven Road on Wednesday afternoons 3:00pm to 4:45pm, cost £10 per couple.

We dance the popular sequence dances played at socials, balls and on cruises.

Sequence Dancing is a form of Ballroom and Latin Dancing where every couple does the same steps at the same time, no bumping.

It’s a great form of gentle exercise for both the body and the mind.
