CHINACISE: A Chinese Exercise and Dance Group Meeting Every Wednesday

We meet 7:30pm – 9:00pm at the High Street Methodist Church, Ferndale Road entrance, and the  weekly fee is £3.50. Our Chinese instructor Xiao Wen (Vivienne) teaches us many musical exercises and dances easy for people of all ages and abilities to follow and she also explains the health benefits. We are a friendly group so come along and join us you will be made most welcome.
